Jill Kelley, woman at heart of David Petraeus scandal, had tour of White House just days before CIA head's resignation

The Tampa temptress at the center of the CIA sex scandal got a tour of the White House just five days before David Petraeus resigned as the head of the spy agency.
Jill Kelley’s Nov. 4 visit was arranged by a White House lawyer who first met her at MacDill Air Force Base, the Tampa military facility where the raven-haired beauty also got to know Petraeus.

"Jill Kelley visited the White House complex three times, once for a tour with her family and children and twice for courtesy meals at the White House Mess with her sister and a White House staffer,” a White House statement read.
It did not divulge the name of the lawyer, who is apparently a man. The two earlier trips were on Sept. 28 and Oct. 24.

The revelation that Kelley visited the White House just before the Petraeus scandal was about to explode came on the same day that emails she sent to Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn asking for help in dealing with the reporters outside her door were exposed.

In the first of the batch of messages, Kelley pleaded to Mayor Bob Buckhorn for help with the “paparazzi” camped outside her mansion since the scandal erupted.

“My kids are scared, and need their ‘home’ back,” she wrote on Tuesday.
The next day, Kelley fired off another “Dear Mayor Bob” note, this time complaining about how she, Petraeus and her other four-star friend, Gen. John Allen, “have been exploited by the media.”

“I wouldn’t care — if they got the facts right and the focus was on all the criminal that stalked all of us,” she wrote. “But the truth will one day prevail.”

In the emails obtained by the Tampa Bay Times, Kelley appeared to be referring to Petraeus’ former mistress, his buff biographer Paula Broadwell.

Kelley was the target of hostile emails from Broadwell, which she turned over to the FBI — setting off the scandal that resulted in Petraeus’ spectacular fall from grace.

Kelley also took Buckhorn to task because Tampa police released two 911 calls she made Sunday in which she apparently tried to get the police to evict the reporters by claiming diplomatic immunity as an “honorary consul general” to South Korea.

“I have inviolability,” she said.
Kelley complained in her email to Buckhorn, “To put insult to injury, your police dept gave the local 911 tapes to the press! I have been receiving threats all night.”
Kelley said her husband, Scott, has been forced to bunk at the hospital where he is a doctor and their kids are staying home from school.

“I’m scared and cannot believe what my city — in which I have contributed to?? much of my love, time, money and leadership has now done to me and my innocent family,” she wrote.

Although Buckhorn is a Democrat and couple has backed Republicans, the Kelleys threw a reception for him after he was elected.

It was held on the same lawn where Kelley has hosted lavish bashes for the military men based at MacDill — and which is now encircled by reporters and photographers.

Buckhorn and Kelley also traded numerous emails in which she dropped names like the King of Jordan and referred to Petraeus as “Dave.”

The Tampa mayor said he did not respond to Kelley’s emails for help and that under Florida law the 911 call is “public record.”

Kelley is a social climber who used her unpaid position as a social liaison to MacDill to cultivate Petraeus and Allen and other top military men.

She also went after local pols like Buckhorn and had her picture taken with rising Republican star Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida at a private fund-raiser she crashed with her twin sister Natalie Khawam.

Since the Petraeus scandal erupted, revelations that Kelley and Allen exchanged hundreds of emails — some of the reportedly “flirty” — have threatened that general’s career as well. She is now barred from the base.

The Tampa Bay Times reported that Kelley reached out to Buckhorn via email earlier this year when a local shock jock named Bubba the Love Sponge Clem threatened to burn a Koran.

“This Bubba the Love Sponge is a complete moron,” Buckhorn emailed back.

Bubba, best known for taping his ex-wife having sex with his ex-friend Hulk Hogan, took revenge on Kelley on Friday by driving a van around her mansion blaring a parody of the the 1985 Falco hit “Rock Me Amadeus” that replaced the composer’s name with Petraeus.

When Kelley began getting threatening emails, she turned to FBI Agent Frederick Humphries, who once sent her a humerous photo of himself posing shirtless with two look-alike target practice dummies.

Humphries, who lives outside of Tampa in rural Dover, has refused to talk about his role in the fast-moving scandal. His in-laws, who also live there, threatened to call the cops when a reporter questioned them.

"You're very close to having 911 called on you, mister," Humphries' father-in-law, Lloyd Walker, said.
